CNC cutting machine’s common troubleshooting and maintenance

1. Operators should carefully reading CNC cutting machine’s instructions and usage.

2. The operators listen to and learn the factory engineer’s installation, training and testing.

3. Before cutting must check gas circuit system. cutting torch. etc. connection parts if there is a leak phenomenon, once discovered, must be ruled out.

4. Must be carefully check whether the nozzle number are correspond with cutting gas and cutting steel plate thickness, cannot be used beyond the cutting nozzle use range.

5. Check whether all kinds of gas pressure is within the permit scope.

6. Check machine working guiderail whether is clear ,rack whether is damaged.

7. Oxygen forbid to contact with items with oil and components (including clothing, cotton yarn, etc.), In case of an explosion of fire accident.

8. When the machine is running, operators should check power circuit in time, exclude all the machine out of obstacles in work area.

9. When the machine has big noise, it is caused by Transmission clearance, Should be adjusted to eliminate.

10. When Machine has failures, it should stop in open position, The Z axis and torch is stopped fire, dock control cabinet side.

11. when machine has failures during running, immediately stop operations, Park to the exact location in a timely, it is convenient for maintenance and testing.

12. When the operator rest or leave machine for a long time, we should turn off the power and air supply.

13. Machine longitudinal guide rails and the horizontal guide rail’s surface after use must wipe and daub on lubricating oil to dustproof rust.

14. The cutting machine after use to be put in spite of the residual air (shut off the oxygen and acetylene gas source, tube gas can row out).

15. Before coming off work must turn off all the pneumatic system.

16. Every week it should check electric and gas circuit, every month use brush to clean dust on machine side, and open machine cabinet to clean machine inside and each electric circuit dust.

System troubleshooting

According to system configurations and each part’s function, system failures can be divided into main control failures. U flash connection failures. Motor driver failures. Electrical valve failures. Ignition system failures. Mechanical system failures .etc. except for Mechanical system, other parts can be referred to gas electric faults.

1. Mechanical system faults

Mechanical parts’s structure is simple, and almost no faults occurred, and faults are obvious, to normal users will have no difficulties. But here should stressed:

When the machine has big noise, it is caused by Transmission clearance, Should be adjusted to eliminate.

2. System electrical troubleshooting

System electrical common faults and deal with methods :

2. On Control board there is correspond drive electric circuit, in “test fire” or “cutting” observe main control board’s indicator light is bright or not, and listen carefully whether there is electrical valve action voice, and adjudge fault part.

Machine in the X and Y direction has one direction can't move 1. on the control board there is no movement control signal

2.corresponding drive has faults

1. use move operation to move machine, from indicator light to observe main control board whether has corresponding control signal output

2. From control cabinet remove drive motor, observe motor whether has transmission or not
