Brief Introduction
CUT9 light gantry CNC cutting machine is a newly-developed CNC cutting machine to replace portable CNC cutting machines,it is suitable for cutting thin and medium thick plate. It is integrated with high speed, high precision, and miniaturization, and the structure is separated from the cutting table. With the feature of easy installation, human-computer interface, easy operation, stable work, elegant appearance, they can be used to cut almost all kinds of metal plate automatically.
The beam uses light structural design,with good rigidity structure, light deadweight and small movement inertia. The gantry structure, Y axis used dual-motor dual-driven system, X, Y, Z axis all use dual-straight rail that make the machine driving smoothly with high-precision.Cutting mouth is small, tidy,and avoid a second dressing processing. The numerical control system disposes high, the automatic striking arc, the performance is stable. Supporting FASTCAM. ARTCAM software, Type3 produce standard G code way document,also can change software to read AUTOCAD software produce DXF form documents.
The standard size of the machine is 3×7m, longitudinal effective cutting width is 2.5m, transverse effective cutting length is 6m. other sizes can be customized. The machine can cut under the mode of both flame and plasma, the quotation of standard configuration doesn’t include plasma power source or cutting table. The plasma power includes 100A/120A/160A/200A/260A for customers to choose. The cutting table is welded by customers according to drawings we provide.

1. Machine with mast structure
The main part of the machine is composed by a beam and two vertical frames. The Door Frame Machine includes frame and beam, towline are used by vertical horizontal mobile devices. Mechanical part can achieve a high precision, smooth and stability for rack and pinion drive.
Vertical guide rails are using high-precision grinding, using sliding rails of precision machining fix tightly to the basic steels with bearing and with the adjustment bolt for installation and adjustment easily. The vertical drive system is assemble and install within the vertical side frame that the low-position design allows transmission more reasonable and steady. At the bottom of the vertical side frame, it has two Scroll Wheel on both sides front and rear that can scrolling along the rail Smoothly. Equipped with front and rear side rails scraping device to ensure the rail surface has no debris and this product add a high-intensity linear guide on horizontal transmission and cutting torch lift to make sure the guiding precision. Besides, Precision machining of gears and racks that can guarantee machine's vertical and horizontal transmission accuracy, and eliminate the gap as well.

Program Software

The software is easy to learn can can automatically convert the AutoCAD drawing int to G-code file, and then transfer G-code file into CNC cutting machine by USB key which is convenient to operate.
4. Machine Driver
Machine’s drive is achieved by a reliable stepper motor driving system. Vertical and horizontal drivers composed of drive gears and precision racks and also gap between the gear and rack ,can be eliminated automatically so as to ensure the machine precision in a continuous movement.
5. Single-Torch Group
Flame torch group：one group with a cutting torch flame cutting torch alone used for carbon steel regular cut. can according to customer’s requirement to equip with plasma or flame torch.
